Whole Stories?

It occurred to me today that I could start posting whole stories to this site. Duh.

I used to write stories for myself, but I usually didn’t finish them. I have a whole lot of unfinished stories. When it’s just for me, there’s not much motivation to complete them.

Then I got into role playing. It was enough to write a prompt. Often, the prompt, and chatting about the plan for a story, was the hottest part of role playing. So I have lots of really dirty prompts, and I’ve had lots of conversations about them. Even role playing, there’s usually not a clear ending, like there would be in a story.

Before r/APP was banned, under 18 fantasy content was banned from Literotica. So I just didn’t have any place to share stories. So why write them?

Anyway, I now have a place I could post complete stories. That means I have a reason to start writing them again. It sounds kind of dumb, but it’s like I’m thinking for the first time what my style would be. Would I always write from a female character’s point of view? Could I convincingly write from a little boy’s point of view, or a man’s? Or maybe a mix within a story (I generally don’t prefer that in other fiction, so maybe not). First-person? Third-person?

I want to get my whole archive online before I get distracted with some of that, but while I’m posting prompts, I can at least keep an eye out for ones that I might like to turn into stories.
